Dynamo is a living, breathing, real-life non-profit music studio workshop for deserving youth.  It's mission is to provide real-life training in the music production industry and create opportunities for youth enabling them to build meaningful and lasting careers.  Now THAT'S our kind of people!

We believe that the music industry is a straight line to life.  We are using music and creative industries as our catalyst to equip, empower, and elevate our students.

Dynamo Studios, an edu 501(c)3 organization facilitates life-changing educational opportunities for students through in-school programming, extracurricular programs, public edu partnerships, and career experience opportunities through robust high-level partnerships at every level of the music and modern creative industries. We currently operate programs in schools between Nashville TN, Chattanooga TN, and Atlanta GA.

 Although we may appear at first glance as an arts organization, we are squarely a workforce development organization that uses the music industry as a means of creating lifelong change. (But don’t get us wrong, we teach them how to make hits too!)

 There is a special focus on entertainment business, music production, audio engineering, photography, videography, and graphic design, but at the end of the day, our goal is to also help students reach self-actualization.

 Through innovative programming and highly effective engagement with students, we are changing the trajectory of students’ lives across Chattanooga and beyond.

What makes our programs so special is that we take learning well beyond the typical classroom experience. Participating students are paired with professional creatives in the community where they are able to apply what they have learned in a real-world professional setting.

Not only that, but we also bring in creatives to partner with teachers and students in their classrooms as well. This allows us to bridge the gap between the professional world and the academic world.

It's More Than Skills Development.  It's a Lifestyle!

Everyone always looks at what we do and focuses on the skills development side of things (don’t get us wrong that is very important), but the reality is that the skills development side of things is a means of achieving the end goal — LIFE CHANGE.

It’s about instilling the work ethic, the grind, the hustle which are key to a successful future.  It’s working with youth of today, the ones with outrageous amounts of grit and who outwork everyone else on their way to success. We want to create an army of resilient kids who are positioned and equipped to take over whatever part of the world they choose to pursue.

 This lifestyle is what separates artists and producers at the top of the industry from everyone else. They flat-out don’t quit and they pursue their passion and vision at all costs.
